  • This System is valid for you if you are a human.  After age 35 your body starts to loose bone, muscle and elasticity. If you don't do anything about it, by the time you are in your 40's you WILL begin to feel these effects.  After 50 there are changes that can become irreversable if there is not a conssitent plan in place that works all aspects of the human: body, mind, ....
  • Little injuries that take a bit longer to heal, extra body fat where there was none, chronic issues, shrinking spine, back and neck pain, muscle loss and weakness, and the list goes on.
