I would like to announce the missing link to the fitness training I offer. A detailed

Since 1982 I have been a professional in the health and fitness industry. I have a degree in
fitness and am multi-certified in fitness and nutrition. Through the years I have been
exposed to numerous products, fad diets, systems and concepts. I have never endorsed any
of these products because I felt each and everyone one of them went against all my
scientific and practical training and experience. UNTIL NOW! I am excited to share an
amazing yet simplistic program I have experienced, and now whole heartedly endorse.

My personal experience
It began as a search for a way to boost my immune system. Being the most fit person I know,
I knew something was missing because I had too much fatigue and soreness, too many naps
were needed, an ovary consistently acted up creating lost work days, hormones and emotions
off the scale, low energy, allergies and colds from October through February. Why did I
suspect something was “off”? Because I already consumed mostly organic healthy foods. I
exercised regularly, I meditated, I paced my stresses, I could not take vitamins because
they upset my stomach, I had excess body fat in my muscles and I constantly felt like a “big
old sluggo”, and I was insatiably hungry.

Because I have a long and solid background in health and fitness I am well aware of how to
combat these things in a clean and healthy way. I have more knowledge than the average
“Joe” and I still had all these symptoms. I began to feel as though I could not accurately
guide my clients if I could not eliminate some or all of these symptoms within my own self.
Even taking the aging process into account I felt the symptoms were above and beyond what
they should be. My first course of action was to see numerous doctors and have disease
ruled out. The next course of action was to research.

I began to “go to school” and study up on some of the latest research and studies which led
me to the issue of TOXINS. From there I found Isagenix and the short version is that
all those symptoms are GONE and I feel 20 something again both physically and
mentally. The “side effect” was that I lost 10lbs of body fat and 7 inches overall in
11 days. This was done SAFELY and with out feeling deprived! (read details below.)

My personal experience gave me the following:
  • A sustained energy level and mental clarity that is off the charts without arising from
    stimulants.
  • I am able to sleep through the night soundly and regularly. I would occasionally need to
    take a sleeping pill, watch TV or read a bit to fall asleep. I would  wake up each night
    and sometimes have trouble falling to sleep.  Now I just fall asleep and stay asleep.
  • My ailing ovary has become a non issue. It used to debilitate me for a couple of days
    each month.
  • I would be affected by allergies from October to March again with debilitating
    symptoms. Now, the symptoms are extremely mild. I don't feel the need to miss work
    or take any medication.
  • I would be tired each and every day and frequently need naps in the afternoon. Now my
    energy is high all day.
  • My work production has increased immensely.
  • My hair and skin are smoother.
  • I do not bloat or have gas anymore.
  • The little 40 something widening around my mid section is gone. Yes gone!
  • My power, speed and endurance has increased with all my workouts/sports. I feel the
    increases deep inside the muscles...like a turbo charge that won't quit.
  • My muscle tone has increased.
  • I do not have that muscle fatigue or soreness anymore. I truly feel that my body is
    getting what it needs so it does not need to react.
  • I eat better and I eat less.
  • I spend less on groceries.
  • I lost 10 lbs of body fat and 7 inches overall in 11 days safely without the use of any
    diets or stimulants.
  • I literally feel clean and strong from the inside out. I feel 25 again!
